Start with the equipment and food.
Baking paper offers a flexible roll or sheet format. A shaped air fryer liner fits within a basket. Choose around your equipment, the food you prepare and the way the paper is used; the two formats are not automatically interchangeable.
- For rolls, specify width and roll length. For sheets, specify both dimensions.
- For an air fryer liner, specify the basket base, shape and required liner height.
- Confirm whether the selected liner is compatible with your appliance and follow the appliance instructions.
Compare the format before comparing the size
A roll, a flat sheet and a formed liner describe different products. The following examples come from the current product specifications; they are examples, not the complete size range.

Specify the pack as well as the paper
Baking rolls are boxed, with or without a cutter edge. Air fryer liners have 50-, 100- and 200-piece packing options. For air fryer clamshell packaging, use an insert card or label; the clamshell itself is not printed. State the pieces per pack, number of packs and whether artwork is for the outer packaging.
Questions buyers ask when comparing formats
Can a baking sheet replace a shaped air fryer liner?
The formats are not automatically interchangeable. A baking sheet is flat; a formed air fryer liner has a shaped base and sidewall. Check the appliance instructions, inside basket dimensions, required height and intended food, then approve the selected format with a sample.
Which measurements should a buyer send for a quotation?
For a roll, send the width in centimetres and length per roll in metres. For a sheet, send both side dimensions and the required sheet count. For a formed liner, send shape, inside basket base length and width (or diameter), required liner height, pieces per pack and total pack quantity.
Prepare a sample or quotation request
Send the selected format, measurements with units, packaging and order quantity. Include the appliance or tray reference and the destination market so the sample and relevant documentation can be matched to the request.
